  • Could I access my account from internet?
  •   Ans:If clients open the manytrade account, clients will be able to access to our research, stock trading as well as saving plan valuations anytime and anywhere.
     
     
  • Is the plan valuation provided on internet on real time basis?
  •   Ans:The valuation and data shown on the internet is provided by respective financial institution in regular basis. KTIC is trying to keep the most updated and accurate information on the internet. However, as fund valuation reporting are traditionally used to delay, so clients usually could not get the price of current day.
     
     
  • What should I do if I forget my manytrade account password?
  •   Ans:You can go to kts.ktg.com.hk>internet trade>account management(securities) and perform forgot password. The system will send an email with the activation key to your email to perform account activation again.
     
     
  • Why am I not able to receive the account activation email from manytrade.com?
  •   Ans:It is because some email account will automatically put aside the activation email to the junk box or spam accounts. Client can change its setting to avoid this in their email system.
     
     
     
  • How could I redeem or switch my investment?
  •   Ans:Besides contact your consultants directly, you can also contact our administrator directly:

  • How could I pay my contribution or premium?
  •   Ans:We will strongly encourage clients to use Bank Standing Order or Direct Debit for regular contribution
    If it is a lump sum payment, clients usually can settle by personal check. Moreover, clients should avoid paying paying cash directy to consulutants for contrubtion as well as permium.
